Site Manager - Residential

Ridgeway &�Co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor to find an experienced Site Manager, for a project located in Brighton.

This is a contract role paying a rate of �280.00/day.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget


• Attend and lead meetings with specialist subcontractors


• Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

�

• At least 5 years' experience managing Residential�projects


• Strong communication skills


• Hands-on approach to project management


• Excellent organisational and team management abilities


• Proficiency in computer skills
