Site Manager - Retail Construction

Fit Out UK, are a leading interior fit out contractor dominating the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential sectors nationwide.

Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept�Site Manager�specialising in retail and commercial projects. As the Site Manager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit.

Requirements

• Experience in construction management, specifically in retail construction projects and fast track projects.


• Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of retail stores and / or other commercial retail spaces. Banks Preferred.


• Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team(s).


• SMSTS


• First Aid


• Ideally Trade Qualified / Background


• Ideally Scaffold Awareness ticketed

We are hiring for multiple site managers in the North West and Midlands so will be a long run of work, particularly for someone happy to travel and occasionally work away from home.
