Site Manager - Social Housing

My client are keen to employ a Site Manager with experience working Social Housing energy efficiency�upgrades. They have a 3 year framework, working on occupied housing wilst�work alongside a TLO ensuring works are completed to high standard with residents being informed with the due process.

The successful candidate must be highly efficient within Health and Safety and must be able to organise and keep ontop of sub-contractors ensuring high quality finishes.
