Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Agent for a number of new projects starting across the Inverness area.

These vary between Scottish water projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Implementing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
• Monitoring progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Managing resources efficiently to optimise project performance.

What we need:

• Proven experience in a Site Agent role, preferably in Scottish Water projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
• An understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A degree or relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management
