Our client frequently works on projects ranging from £50,000 to £1.5million, both Framework and tendered projects, covering Offices, the NHS, Public Buildings, Retail units, Schools, Shopping Centre's and more.
They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience, who show a record of consistently completing projects on time and on budget and can successfully manage gangs of 3+ on site.
The Ideal candidate must be approachable, and able to forge and maintain long-lasting relationships with sub-contractors. They also must be prepared to travel as the client has projects all over the North-East region, covering a wide range of project value.
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
Health & Safety Training
Full UK driving License
Fit out and Refurbishment experience
