Site Manager or Experienced Assistant Site Manager

�50,000-�55,000 & Car Allowance

I am on the look out for a Site Manager in he early stages of his career, or an Experienced Assistant looking to take a step up.

My client has secured 2 projects in Exeter and would like someone on board on a permanent basis to run one of the schemes.

Suitable candidates will have experience managing internal and external works (brickwork, windows, steel frame erection etc..) high end apartment experience would be advantageous.

Must be highly computer literate as well as the ability to work autonomously to drive the programme, check white and authorise RAMS and general management of the project.

Depending on experience, my client is looking to pay up to �55,000 & car allowance.

All applicants MUST be the holder of a current SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS.
