Position: Site Manager (SM)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Southeast
Salary Package: �45,000 - �50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. This role involves managing projects with a value range of �1-2 million, projects focused on constructing residential and retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site operations for the construction of a project including, including underfloor heating, painting and decorating, drylining, etc.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site meetings and report on project progress.
Travel within the south region as required, with proximity to the office.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on projects valued between �1-2 million.
Strong understanding of regional contractual obligations.
Knowledge of eco-friendly construction methods and sustainable building practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to start towards the end of the week and meet the team before the official start date.
Benefits:
