An experienced / ambitious Site Manager looking to progress, is required to work on this �3.5m refurbishment to an existing university building in Oxford

About the Company/Client/Project:
The contractor is the busy oxfordshire based regional office of a larger main contractor group with roughly �45m annual turnover for the region, and solid pipeline of work for the future. Workload patch is typically Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire with scope of works including education, commercial, industrial, care/retirement and leisure.
Workload is typically secured through a mixture of negotiated schemes, frameworks and competitive tenders.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, communication and communication skills. Proven track record of work for a top twenty main contractor advantageous.
Ideally from a trades, construction management or engineering background with a sharp eye for detail and finishes, you will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, 'get it right first time' approach. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management would be advantageous, but not essential based on experience.
You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
