Site Manager

The Opportunity:

TSR are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a new social housing refurbishment scheme in Nottingham. Works initially include damp and mould protection work progressing on to new kitchen and bathrooms. 

About You:

You will be an experienced Site Manager that has overseen social housing projects. You will be health & safety conscious, with a positive "can do" attitude.

You must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid

Outline of Duties:

Liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors and consultants, to ensure the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.

Being responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of the programme as a whole and to comply with the HSE, company Health & Safety policy and all other Health and Safety legislation during the works.

Work closely with the Project Manager
