They have experienced growth year on year and due to this are looking to hire an experienced fitout Manager to deliver more projects for the internal arm.
Design & build structural experience.
Preferred background is a joiner by trade.
Start date is August 2024
Project details: All round fit out - Sector is Retail.
Value of the projects are 2.5-3million
Location is nationwide work - office visits to Wigan - Site based role.
�25 per hr plus benefits: an extra �1 for nationwide work they also get their standard pension, holidays etc - also included a meal allowance of �25 per night, van, fuel card, digs.
All Project length 2 weeks - 22 weeks.
Reason for vacancy - 1 of their site Managers is retiring.
Interviews will be conducted from the 15th July onwards - 1st & 2nd stage to be expected all F2F.
Most of their work is across the leisure & retail sectors for clients such as: Fraser Group, Wetherspoons, Flannels and Sports Direct. Some of the newbuild work they have won include �12m newbuild Weatherspoon pubs & Hotels.
Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and schedule all activities on the site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards. *
Ensure that all project documentation, permits, and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and supervise a team of site personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
