Site Manager

Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Planned Maintenance contract based in Margate

Offering a competitive salary +car/allowance and great benefits

• We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering Planned Maintenance projects
• Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
• Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions

Previous work on Social housing Planned contracts is a must

You will need:

• SMSTS
• Previous Site Manager and Social Housing experience
• H&S Qualification
• Full UK Driving licence
