Site Manager

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this growing Trust seeking a dynamic and robust Site Manager, working across two school sites.

Leading a team of four staff, the Site Manager is responsible for the security of the premises, all health & safety compliance, maintenance and cleaning of both sites, situated in close proximity of each other.

The Site Manager is accountable for:

• Acting as a designated key holder, providing out of hours and emergency access.


• Responsible for regular health and safety checks of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, including compliance with fire safety regulations.


• Developing and implementing the annual long-term maintenance requirements to support a cost-effective maintenance programme.


• Regular checking and operation of systems such as heating, cooling, lighting and security.


• Arranging tenders and quotes and manage the appointment of external contractors ensuring�work is completed to the required standard.


• Management of the site and grounds team ensuring a prompt and efficient service is provided at all times.


• Providing formal training on health and safety issues to other staff.

The successful Site Manager�will hold GCSEs in English and Maths�and qualified to NVQ level 3/4 in a relevant qualification such as NEBOSH or�COSHH. You will be highly�experienced�delivering and managing a facilities maintenance programme, liaising with and managing external contractors,�ideally within an educational or multi site�setting. Confidently leading a team in delivering an efficient and high-quality level of service, you will bring�outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,�be flexible, highly motivated and self-reliant.
