Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a award winning residential developer with a site based in Lincolnshire.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of a 97 unit development, around 1/3 of the way through with 18-24 months left to run.
This would opportunity would also suit an Assistant Site Manager looking to take the step up into Site Management.
Ideal location would be around the Peterborough area to suit future work.
Previous experience with a UK residential developer or contractor on a traditional build apartment scheme as a No1 from start to finish.
Ideally you would've come from a trade background or hold a degree in construction management.
