Project Overview:

• Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Site Manager for a roofing refurbishment project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a crucial project, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the 12-week duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site activities related to the roofing refurbishment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the client.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management, particularly in roofing or construction projects.
• A valid DBS check is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
