Site Manager - RAAC Re-roofing project�- �300 - �350 per day + expenses

Are you a Site Manager or Senior Clerk of Works with a background in refurbishment, repair, and roofing projects?

We are representing�a�leading RAAC specialist with a re-roofing project starting immediately in Wolverhampton to replace an existing roof containing RAAC concrete with an alternative Z Purlin and roof cover.

Working as Principal Contractor, as Site Manager you will have responsibility for project delivery. The business is a consortium of experts who have recently formed to provide urgent solutions to RAAC in existing public and education buildings.

With future schemes and work across the UK, this contract position is initially for 3-4 months, but could lead onto more work or a permanent role.

This is an excellent�opportunity for an experienced Site Manager�to play a key role in delivering essential repair works across multiple locations.

The Role:

• Manage RAAC re-roofing projects, typically �300 - �450k in value


• Oversee construction and adherence to health and safety regulations


• Control works and contractors, completing to the highest�standards and on schedule.


• Maintain clear communication with the contracts manager and client, providing regular updates on progress.


• Manage travel arrangements between sites.

We are looking for a�Site Manager with previous commercial re-roofing project experience, ideally with knowledge of RAAC. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites and excellent communication skills.
