Site Manager (no.1) required for North Essex Development

Site Manager required for circa 250 low rise traditional build apartments.

The successful applicant will be the no.1 Site Manager on the project managing all aspects of the site, ensuring deadlines are met and the required finish is achieved.

Looking for people who have managed similar type projects in the past for new build housing developers, managed a project as no.1 and have experience of low rise apartments.
Up to date certification required, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
Applicants need to have traditional build housing / low rise apartments experience to be considered for this position.
