BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000

LOCATION: Based out of our office in Bristol, you will be working on sites across the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Manager / Concrete Repairs / Construction/ Civils
 
As our Site Manager you'll be working on award winning projects, overseeing and managing construction sites for our business.
 
You'll be managing multi-million-pound concrete repair projects and be in charge of the teams on site on a day to day basis. You'll be responsible for the health and safety on site and ensuring the projects are completed in a timely manner.
 
As our Site Manager you'll be:
· Liaising with clients, consulting engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors
· Managing the logistics of the day to day operation
· Maintaining accurate site records
· Providing technical advice to staff and feedback to estimators
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Site Manager / Concrete Repairs / Construction /Civils
 
You'll be an experienced Site Manager with experience in construction/ civils, ideally with an understanding of concrete and concrete repairs. You'll have hands on experience and we don't mind if you have an official qualification, or if you're qualified by experience, we need your expertise!
 
Overall, you'll bring experience of managing multiple specialist teams within the construction industry and be able to get up and running with us quickly, we have plenty of projects to keep you busy!
 
In addition you'll:
· Motivate and encourage a wide range of people
· Possess great attention to detail
· Be good at conveying clear and concise information to internal and external key stake holders
· Hold a full UK driving license
