Site Manager

My client is an award winning contractor looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site manager to work alongside a Pm on a scheme in Lockerbie. This is a new build steel frame structure and adjoining corridor on a live dairy. You must have new build experience and will have worked on schemes in excess of �5m. You must have SMSTS and First aid as a minimum. This role would suit an experienced site manager who has worked for region al or national contractors in the past. You must have run your own schemes from inception to completion. Due to the nature of the work this would not suit a manager with predominantly residential experience. the project is programmed to run for 56 weeks. Please send your CV in the first instance.
