Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager, with a strong housing background to join a contractor going through an exciting growth period.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage sub-contractors and site labour


• Working to programmes and budgets


• Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times


• Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure build programme and discuss any issues

Suitable candidates:

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card


• Stone/Masonry Build experience is essential


• Good supply chain management ability


• Excellent team working skills


• Proactive approach


• Passionate about Health & Safety

In Return:

• Salary paying up to �55,000 for the right candidate
