We require an experienced site manager to oversee a refurbishment project from 01 August onwards for a period of 12+ weeks

The scope of works consists of installation of replacement windows, full scaffold and interior and exterior decoration and other smaller internal disciplines.

This is an occupied building and as such, care must be taken to consider people working in the building

The successful applicant will hold SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid at Work and be available for the full duration of the contract.
