Pay: �40,000-�55,000 per year

The companies priority is to�ensure�client properties meet building and fire regulations with top-notch service and clear compliance pathways. Trusted for our quality and transparency, we handle contracts including:

• Fire Doors


• Fire Separation


• EV Charging


• Fire Alarms


• Emergency Lighting


• Electrical Installations


• Refurbishment


• Access Control and CCTV

Role: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Provide team training and mentorship.

Duties:

• Organize labor, materials, and sub-contractors


• Maintain client relationships


• Ensure quality assurance and compliance


• Manage health and safety protocols


• Oversee project progress and snagging


• Handle site logistics and training

Requirements:

• SMSTS qualification


• Black CSCS card or willing to obtain


• 2+ years in a BM Trada or similar role


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of building technology
