site Manager

CSCS Carded, SMSTS Site Manager required on a commercial construction internal fit out construction site project.�

The contract is a new build shell. We are doing the warehouse style fitout with a mezzaine floor.�

Main duties:

• The daily running of site


• site inductions


• looking after and direction sub contractors


• maintaining health and safety


• keeping records of progress�


• reporting back to contracts manager�

Requirements:

• SMSTS Cert


• CSCS Card


• First Aid certificate


• min 5 years site manager experience


• be from a interior/refuribshment background
