My client is an established construction group who specialise in the building, refurbishment and maintenance of affordable and social rented properties for Housing Associations. They have the following requirement:

Site Manager

Liverpool City Centre

• The refurbishment of a block of flats in Liverpool City Centre with works consisting of Cavity Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roof, Solar PV, Ventilation, External and Internal communal decoration.

Duties to include:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site
• Responsible for health and safety and managing sub-contractors
• Ensuring the client's needs & requirements are met
• Delivering project to timescale, ensuring work is carried out to the highest possible standard
