Site Manager

My client is a commercial design & build specialist who been in the industry for over two decades, who boast a track record of delivering high end office fit outs.
Since their inception they have built up a fantastic reputation for the quality of their delivery and really taking pride in ‘the client experience’. They act as a full-service provider delivering Cat A and Cat B, refurbishment in occupation, office relocation, workplace consultancy and furniture.
Typically project values range between £500,000 and £2M in contract value. My client is currently turning over £20m annually.
Culturally, my client takes pride on the family feel to the business. They put a lot of effort into hiring candidates who not only can do the job but are positive and ambitious, and who complement the values of the business.
The successful candidate will form a key part of their site team acting as a number 1 SM on site, my client also will provide a platform for career growth in the future. Offering the Site Manager training and support to progress directly into a Contracts Manager role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractors and coordination of subcontractors,
* Day to day contact with the client,
* Monitoring the project's performance,
* Noticing gaps in resources and identifying requirements,
* RAMs,
* Site inductions,
* Design review,
* Quality assurance,
* Snagging of works,
* Keeping site diary etc
