Site Manager

Albion Search are currently partnered�with a highly regarded national house builder to appoint a Site or Senior Site Manager for an ongoing development in Hull.�

With fair build programmes & units delivered, along with strong NHBC scores, they are looking for Site Managers who have proven experience in managing volume house building sites and have worked closely with the NHBC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme


• Health & Safety


• NHBC Liaison


• Manage trades & sub-contractors


• Ensure plots and CML's are achieved on time


• Liaison with sales


• Inductions


• Working with an Assistant Site Manager on customer care


• Contracts Manager/Director updates


• Daily diaries

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. Scaffold Inspection is also desirable, along with the above relevant experience.

The client will pay up to �62,500 depending on experience, along with a car allowance/company car and a healthy benefits package.
