Meridian Business Support are currently working with a leading Social Housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experience Site Manager with refurbishment and roofing experience.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a team of operatives and subcontractors covering all domestic roofing projects in and around West Yorkshire.

Duties:
- Management of the roofing contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
- Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
- Order materials based on schedules and knowledge of roof areas
- Ensure that material deliveries meet program requirements
- Ensure that the works, carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements
- Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
- Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
- Attend inspections where necessary
Key Knowledge:
- Previous Social Housing roofing management experience required
- Previous experience supervising working from heights / roofing projects
Position Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager experience
- Must come from roofing/social housing refurbishment background
- Must have CSCS card
- Must have SMSTS or SSSTS
