The company:

An award winning residential developer who operate across the Southern Home Counties.

The project:

A new RC Frame development of 150x new homes. Consisting of private spec, HA and Affordable Housing.

The role:

Reporting into a site based Project Manager�you will be responsible for managing units on this scheme from 1st fix stage through to completion.�Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Management of the master build programme


• Preparation of short term programmes


• Weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors


• Progress reporting to the Project Manager�on a weekly basis


• Pre-start meetings with the relevant subcontractors


• Overseeing Health & Safety on site and production of relevant reports


• Liaise regularly with external bodies regarding development including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and NHBC


• Responsible for quality control, ensuring all units are completed to the required standard prior to NHBC inspection

About you:

• You will have gained circa 5+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer


• Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)


• Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential


• Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour


• Strong organisational and time management skills
