This main contractor provides national construction and infrastructure services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets.

About the Site Manager position

• Co-ordination and managing all site personnel to ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Using specified drawings and instructions in order to keep to programme and within budget
• Leading and motivating the team
• Supervise all direct labour, co-ordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and within accordance to the construction programme.

About the Ideal Site Manager candidate

• An experienced Site Manager candidate will be educated in HNC/HND Construction or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of health & safety legislation
• CITB
• SMSTS
• First Aid at work
• CSCS card
• A strong leader with ability to identify required development areas across the team.
• Motivate the staff to perform
• Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes from �5million to �20million.
• Refurbishment and new build experience is desired.
• Full UK Driving License is essential
