Site Manager

Requirement for a iste manager to take on a project in Chillington Devon. The project has two phases. The first phase has 17 houses left to build and they houses are class as executive builds.�

The Second phase will consist of 40 houses and the aim is to start this around March 2025 with a 12 month programme. The project is looking for a site manager to support the project to completion. (Anticipated 18 months)

If you have a strong background in building houses, live in commuting distance; have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. Please get in touch.�
