Remuneration: Competitive salary (Dependent on Experience) Excellent benefits package, including: Full private medical care Company vehicle and phone Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. This is a permanent position, with the initial project based in Carrickfergus. Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. Report directly to senior management, including the Contracts Manager and Project Director. Maintain accurate, consistent, and professional records and reports. Manage and motivate site teams to achieve optimal performance. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure site safety compliance. Interpret and follow construction drawings and project specifications with precision. Survey sites to identify potential problems and evaluate design feasibility. Organize and coordinate labour resources. Play a key role in contract negotiations with both direct and subcontract staff. Liaise effectively with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations. Ideal Candidate: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Self-motivated and hardworking, with strong team-building skills. Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Solid technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry. Relevant 3rd party Health & Safety site management training and certification.
