Site Manager

My client are a leading regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new retail and commercial development being delivered in the North West.�

Site manager responsibilities:�

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager/ contracts manager.�


• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.�


• Ensuring health and safety compliance.


• Site supervision.


• Management and supervisory of subcontractors on site.�


• Record keeping.


• Progress meetings.�


• Task briefings.


• Liaising with the client and main contractor.�

Site manager responsibilities:�

• Right to work in the UK.


• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.


• SMSTS.�


• First aid.�


• Previous experience with bulk earthworks and drainage.


• Full UK driving licence.�
