Job role:

working as site manager overseeing the roofing package of a new operating theatre at Trafford hospital, you will be responsible for all health and safety and paperwork whilst having knowledge and experience in roofing. (Roofing background not essential but preffered)

Certs Required:

CSCS Black or White SMSTS, 1st aid, Fire marshall

Essential:

• Being comfortable liaising with Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Health and safety / Paperwork essential
• Eyes and ears on site
• Weekly reports
• Managing subbies
• Pushing project
• Reading drawings
• Time management / Budget management

Pay: �250.00 a day.
