Site Manager

We Build Recruitment are looking for roofing site managers to start ASAP in various locations in the North West to start ASAP.

Duties for this role:

• Manage daily roofing & cladding operations on-site.


• Lead and motivate a team of roofers.


• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.


• Coordinate with managers.


• Liaise with clients.


• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.

Required:

• CSCS Managers Card


• SMSTS


• First Aid


• Full PPE


• Roofing/cladding background


• Knowledge of H&S processes/protocols


• Previous managerial experience


• Working references

Other:

• Ability to deal with the client on all matters


• Ability to drive trades and motivate staff


• Car driver

The rate for this role is �270 - �300 per day DOE based on a 9 hour day and is on a temp to perm basis.
