If you are looking for a stable yet dynamic place to work then this national main contractor is looking to appoint Site Managers

Ideally with a strong refurbishment background to work on a range of Health and Education projects locally.

The role offers a good blend of projects and comes with a full benefits package and upper-level salary.

As a versed Site Manager, you will ideally have experience on projects from �500K to �3.5m and have worked in live project environments.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager you will be allowed�to develop, train and progress further in your career as you and the business grow.

Site Managers will typically run one project from start to finish whilst also working under a framework.

To be considered you will have worked with a reputable company and delivered projects to a quality standard from start to finish- managing indirect subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.

Quality-orientated and with a strong community focus you will be across all matters from a health and safety perspective.

You will need to be CSCS/ SMSTS and First Aid Qualified.
