Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of working with automated machinery to lead our fully automated installation project

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all aspects of the fully automated installation project.


• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and uphold company policies.


• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.


• Organize and oversee daily activities on-site to meet project milestones.


• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.


• Address any site-related challenges or conflicts promptly and efficiently.


• Conduct regular safety briefings and tool talks, emphasizing automation-specific safety protocols.


• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.

Qualifications:

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.


• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.


• Health and Safety certificate.


• Mechanical engineering background or related qualification.


• Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar automated installation or mechanical engineering project.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an emphasis on automated systems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.


• Demonstrated experience working with automated machinery.
