Site Manager

Exciting Site Manager opportunity for a best in class refurbishment company providing solutions for private and public sector clients.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on commercial refurbishment projects valued �1 - �10 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Acting as No.2 on site
• Communication with sub contractors
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring health & safety is followed on site

Requirements for Site Manager:

• Happy to travel around Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Reading
• Experience working on projects valued �1 - �10 million
• CAT A and commercial fit out experience
• Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver

• Salary �35,000 - �40,000
