Site Manager

Requirement for a site manager to run a large bespoke house building project near Weston Supermare. The project is due to start in the next month and will require a site manager to take the project on. Current duration 24 months.

As mentioned the project is a bespoke housing project, high end houses and high end sales therefore an individual that has worked in this area and type of build before is desired. The individual will require SMSTS, CSCS + First aid.�

The project pipeline of the contractor is very healthy therefore someone joining should enjoy a number of years with the contractor.
