Site Manager required in Stalbridge

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager on a housing project in Stalbridge. Will be working for groundworks contractor on site. need experience running Civils projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently and safely while managing a team of staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication. This role is office based.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.


• Paper work - Risk assessments, Quality assurance checks an permits to dig.


• Liase with other site managers on site to discuss progress.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.


• Strong background in supervising teams and managing operational tasks.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
