Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.


• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Commercial build Site Manager, ideally with projects of similar value.


• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid


• Strong organizational and leadership skills.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Full UK driving license (essential).
