Brownlee Cale are recruiting for a Site Manager�for a civil engineering project in the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving production


• Hands on leadership, overseeing a high-quality delivery of works


• Management of on-site�H&S


• On�site toolbox talks


• Inductions�


• Monitoring site timelines, budgets and resources


• Issuing Permits


• Maintain accurate documentation


• RAMS


• Managements or self delivery and subcontract workforce


• Completing daily site diaries


• Effective management of hands-on work with documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• SMSTS


• First Aid at Work


• CSCS


• Experience working for principal civil engineering contractors within the highways sector


• Previous experience�within a management position�
