Job Title: Site Manager (Bridlington Site)

Location: Bridlington, East Yorkshire

Duration: Immediate Start through to End of May

Day Rate: �260 per day

We Are Footprint is recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for a Site Manager to join their team at a new build project in Bridlington. This opportunity is for an immediate start, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage the successful delivery of key site activities through to the end of May.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the closing out of external works.


• Managing roof and brickwork snagging tasks.


• Organising and coordinating scaffold booking and strikes.


• Delivering Phase 2 groundworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge and experience of closing out external works, roof and brickwork snagging, scaffold management, and groundworks delivery.


• Previous experience working on new build care homes or supported living projects.


• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.


• First Aid certification.


• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card preferred but not essential.

Rate of Pay:

• �260 per day
