The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage refurbishment projects from start to finish.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Identify and resolve site-related challenges proactively.

• Ensure adherence to building regulations and company policie
