Site Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a multiple fire stopping project in Nottingham. This project is expected to run for 4 weeks, potential for long term work and is due to start on Wednesday 12th March. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard. 


• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.


• Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card 


• First Aid at Work 


• SMSTS  


• Driving Licence 


• Asbestos Awareness


• Joinery/ Carpentry background 


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
