Our client, is an award-winning residential construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality homes with a focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Site Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of their projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
�Manage all on-site activities for residential construction projects from start to finish.
�Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
�Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
�Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
�Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
�Manage site logistics, including the scheduling of deliveries and the coordination of equipment and materials.
�Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and budgets.
�Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
�Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
�Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager or in a similar role within the residential construction sector.
�Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
�Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
�Proficiency in project management software and site reporting tools.
�Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
�Full UK driving license.
