Title: Site Manager- Fit out
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £45,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage commercial refurbishment projects as a no1 Site Manager
• Health & Safety responsibility including site inductions toolbox talks and site inspections
• Quality control including site walk, uploading information and snagging lists
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct trades such as joiners, M&E, decorating, drylining and more
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Report I not a visiting Contracts Manager and provide progress reports.

• Focuses on commercial refurb projects such as offices, leisure and education

Required Knowledge & Experience

• SMSTS, first and CSCS
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
• Preferably from a trade background
• Full UK driving license.
