Site Manager

Site Manager | Commercial Projects | �40,000 Base Salary | West Midlands | Permanent, PAYE role.

Due to increased demand in Projects, we are actively recruiting for a Site Manager to be based in / around the Stafford area within the West Midlands. As the Site Manager, you will be working across commercial projects including new builds, fit outs, renovations, conversions, M&E upgrades etc.

You will be site based, over-seeing a range of sub-contractors, reporting into the Project Manager. Project values ranging from �50K - �3.5M.

Package: Site Manager:

• Base Salary: �40,000


• Location: West Midlands - initially Stafford.


• Status: Permanent, PAYE


• Company van provided when travelling to multiple projects across the West Midlands.

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager on projects within commercial environments.


• Must hold SMSTS or SSSTS tickets.


• Must hold a full UK driving license.


• Must be able to work across the West Midlands.
