We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage projects in the South Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, innovative team working on a range of residential developments in a thriving region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and project progression.
• Monitor site progress, manage resources effectively, and maintain quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• A valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary between �60,000 - �70,000 per annum.
• 20% performance-related bonus.
