A knockout Site Manager requirement working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor near Leeds!!!
Do you have extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you�managed�phased refurbishment works in a live environment before?
Are fast track fit out works, internal / external your thing?
If so, Build Space has just the role for you!!!
Site Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Quality management
- H&S management
- Driving programme
- Progress reporting
- Client liaison
Site Manager experience required:
- 10 years Site Manager experience
-�Industrial & Logistics project experience
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified - ESSENTIAL!
- Excellent written / spoken communication skills
- Strong reporting skills
