Site Manager

A knockout Site Manager requirement working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor near Leeds!!!
Do you have extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you managed phased refurbishment works in a live environment before?
Are fast track fit out works, internal / external your thing?
If so, Build Space has just the role for you!!!
Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Quality management
• H&S management
• Driving programme
• Progress reporting
• Client liaison

Site Manager experience required:

• 10 years Site Manager experience
•  Industrial & Logistics project experience
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified - ESSENTIAL!
• Excellent written / spoken communication skills
• Strong reporting skills
