Site Manager

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a fire stopping project in Edinburgh . This project is due to start on Monday 31st March. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard. 


• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.


• Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• DBS


• CSCS Card 


• First Aid at Work 


• SMSTS  


• Joinery/ Carpentry background 


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
